I am administrator of Nkhamenya Community Hospital, a CHAM health facility which is about 60 Kms north of Kasungu District. My question is: We want to send a project proposal for the refurbishment of our Maternity Ward in general. What should we do and to which office at NCA should we send our proposal to?
