Question for Energem Petroleum

In august 2011 there was an attempt to have a fuel supply deal with Silversands Petroleum of Zimbabwe. The deal did not materialize because at the time Forex was a problem in Malawi. I am in Cape Town and still have links to fuel suppliers. What will it take for them to start supplying fuel to you?
