Reviews of Ecobank Malawi - Lilongwe

I apply to open new joint savings account at ECObank Limbe branch, one gentleman attend us at the table. I apply that on Thursday 14 January 2021. That person say us you come tomorrow but on next day government holiday, I am on job, my wife going and asking them , the one staff member say to my wife wait for one hour, my wife request them if possible may I come on Monday? They says no problem. On Monday they tell her wait for 1 hour, my wife spend 1 hour, then that tell her come on Tuesday we must sorting out. Tuesday same manner. Today-on Wednesday my wife is still there from 1:45 pm but staff lost all documents. My wife going to request to Manager but not getting responsible answer. If you are not interested than it’s ok but where is my documents? I need it because of awareness.
