We believe that every community has the power to transform its present and define its own future. We work with people of all faiths, through local churches and communities, equipping them with the tools and the confidence that they need. We help them to identify their greatest problems, mobilise their own resources and to engage with the local government to solve them.

We enable villagers to grow better crops, raise livestock and start small businesses. They learn to look after the vulnerable (children, the elderly, those who are living with disabilities or with HIV), to care for the environment, to fight climate change and to protect themselves from natural disasters.
