POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I bought a fan in October this year using my Visa debit card at your store. Unfortunately, in November, the fan just stopped working. I brought the fan to be exchanged with a working one. The officer in charge was reluctant to assist me because I lost the receipt. I spent more time explaining and producing evidence that I used my Visa debit card and that the transaction went through my account and had my account statement with me to show the transaction. But the officer was not helpful, at times he would leave me and go out without excusing himself. Later, after I persisted, he then agreed and allowed me to exchange the fan. But he sternly said that if the exchanged fan stopped working I should NOT bring it back for exchange or refund. Currently, the exchanged fan has stopped working and am deeply frustrated. I don't know what to do, please advise.
