Question for Beit Cure Hospital

I have a son 2 years old.the issue is
✓ not yet walking, talking
✓ can't sit, without help
✓ some days when he cries, end up like fainting for a while withing seconds and came back to normal.
✓ if you are calling him at a distance can't hear your voice unless you are close to him
✓ can't recognize things around him _ reach out with his hands and touch it.

My question is this,Do you offer service to such kids. I need help.
