Job vacancy Attorney

We are looking for profiles and CVs of Attorneys that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.

Duties:

• Negotiate and prepare contracts ;
• Review of claims and negotiation of settlements, tax …;
• Monitor, review, and prepare legal documents ;
• Protect the firm interests in the preparation and administration of major contracts ;
• Manage litigations ;
• Represent company in any legal proceedings.

• Doctorate in Law required ;
• 5 or more years of experience ;
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills ;
• Ability to develop and lead legal strategy and objectives ;
• Strong reading, speaking and writing skills.
