Responsibilities:

• Negotiate commercial contracts ;
• Review and write contracts ;
• Ensure company compliance ;
• Review customer and vendor contracts ;
• Recognize key business issues and take necessary steps to protect corporate interests ;
• Provide summary contract reviews ;
• Represent company in all legal proceedings ;
• Develop and implement contract templates.

• Juris Doctor degree ;
• A minimum of 4 years of experience ;
• Good verbal and written communications skills ;
• Attention to detail ;
• Excellent negotiation skills.
