We are looking for profiles and CVs of Corporate Solicitors that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.

Duties:

• Manage corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, incorporations and private equity ;
• Ensure the compliance of commercial transactions ;
• Provide legal advice ;
• Act on multi-jurisdictional mandates.

• Qualified solicitor ;
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience ;
• Excellent knowledge of transactional processes ;
• Good communicator ;
• Team working skills ;
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
