Duties

  • Monitor  all legal affairs ;
  • Supervise the legal staff ;
  • Propose legal solutions  ;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all work ;
  • Undertake legal research ;
  • Provide legal advice ;
  • Monitor relevant legal developments.
