Job vacancy Country Manager

We are looking for profiles and CVs of Country Managers that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all operations within a country ;
• Provide market intelligence ;
• Produce a detailed annual business operating plan ;
• Recruit and manage staff ;
• Produce business performance reports ;
• Oversee the financial function of the business ;
• Coordinate the logistics operations ;
• Adapt the business model to be culturally relevant ;
• Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly performance reports ;
• Ensure that the business in-country affiliate adheres to other countries regulations.

• Master’s degree, MBA or other relevant field ;
• 10 years’ or more experience in management in international business ;
• Ability to communicate effectively ;
• Strong communication and organizational skills ;
• Excellent negotiation skills ;
