On. 25th February my wife wanted to buy ant allergy Citrizine; instead she was given Cinnarizine despite her insistence to the Pharmacist that the given medicine wasn't the right one. After. Taking 2 tablets my wife wasn't feeling any better as the originall Citrizine she normally gets. We decided that we Google the medicine only to discover that is an Antihistimine! We went back to the pharmacy to explain our predicament, the availbe pharmacist agreed with our observation who then advised the Cashier lady about what happened. And she insisted we pay for normal dose despite already paying for the wrong dosage (same price) the attitude of the Cashier wasn't. Good, rude and uncompromising to our situation! This has been our pharmacy we have patronised for a long time, and we found the attitude of the Cashier disheartening.
