INTRODUCTORY SYNOPSIS
Australia Bangladesh Solar Power Ltd (ABS Power Ltd) is incorporated under the
company act 1994 in Bangladesh. Since 2009 it has been in action with the provision and
willingness of contribute to the rural and urban lighting program and renewable
energy of Bangladesh. We are proud members of the Solar Module Manufacture Association
of Bangladesh.
The company started high efficient crystalline solar photovoltaic (PV) module with an
annual production capacity of 30 MW in its Manikganj factory built on an area of 43.560
square feet, some 30 kilometers off the capital city of Dhaka, since 2016. LED lamp and LED
tube assembling units with an annual production capacity of 2 million were also

Power Limited has emerged as one of the leading solar lanterns, LED lamps, and LED
tubes manufacturer in the country.
Research and up-gradation of technical tools are being strictly maintained to ensure
the perfection level of the merchandise. The management has also decided to participate in
quality assurance programs at home and abroad to share ideas about recent progress in the
sector. At present, ABS Power Limited is selling its product in the local market but looks
forward to marketing the same globally. Initially, its targets are Australia, Africa, and
South East Asia as the potential markets. The company is also eyeing a gradual
expansion of its market share to other areas.
IEC: 61215 Product Certification of Crystalline Solar PV Modules, ISO 14001:2015
(Environment Management System) and OHSAS 18001:2007 (Occupation, Health and
Safety management system) by SGS TUV: SAAR German has been attained by ABS
Power Ltd. Our Solar Panels are conscripted under IDCOL Solar Home System Projects
for the last five years in TR/KABITA Program.
