Job Summary:

LigaData, a global leader in AI, Big Data, Cloud, and Telecom solutions, is seeking a talented UX and Visual Designer to join our innovative Engineering team. As a UX and Visual Designer at LigaData, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our cutting-edge products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric designs across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

User Experience Design:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to define user requirements and design solutions that align with business goals.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.

Visual Design:

• Create visually stunning and consistent user interfaces that adhere to LigaData's brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain a design system to ensure a cohesive and recognizable visual identity across products.

Wireframing and Prototyping:

• Produce wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.

Responsive Design:

• Design responsive interfaces that provide a seamless user experience across various devices and screen sizes.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing necessary assets and guidance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into design solutions.

Accessibility:

• Ensure designs are inclusive and adhere to accessibility standards, providing a positive experience for users with diverse needs.
• Stay Updated:
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously enhance LigaData's design processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field with minimum 5+ years of experience.
• Proven experience as a UX and Visual Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and thought process.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Experience with prototyping tools for creating interactive mockups.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design and familiarity with front-end development concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills to present, explain design decisions, processes, ideas, and solutions to internal teams, clients and various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI (DALL·E, Chat GPT ) Big Data, Cloud, Knowledge of HTML, CSS or Telecom domains is a plus.
